I can't remember if it was the book The Secret or Oprah or both, but between them, mention was made of a Gratitude Journal. It encourages me to write down all the things I'm grateful for during the course of my day. Don't feel like I'm cheating on you Diary, the Gratitude Journal is an addendum, not a replacement.
